Refund Policy

• We ask for a 50% deposit upon confirmation of your reservation.

• The balance is due on day 1 of your reservation.

• What if there is low snow or no snow?

• If SSH is operating (even with low snow):

  • and your party cancels for any reason, the deposit is non refundable and the balance is still due day 1.

  • There are no refunds for any reason, including injury or poor weather.

• If SSH is not operating (example, no snow, global pandemic, militia takeover, erupted volcano… ):

  • the balance will not be due, and your deposit will be credited toward a future trip.

• Please note that SSH will continue to operate even in very low snow situations. Your trip may include some hiking. We do our best to reroute sections, offer alternative high country routes and out and back options.

• Please consider purchasing third-party travel insurance.
